- This contest is open to all except for employees of Singapore Press Holdings Limited ("SPH"). By participating in this contest, the Contestant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Contestant can play the game more than once. Scores for the game are cumulative and are calculated based on the number of correct answers to both the picture and ST701 quizzes. Thus, the more the Contestant plays, the higher the score.
- The Contestant will be awarded Bonus Points for each friend referred. However, the Bonus Points will only be awarded when the referred friend plays the game and enters the Contestant’s email address as reference. SPH reserves the right to disqualify players suspected of fraud (eg: fake friend entry, email, IC whatsoever) from playing & winning the prizes at any point of the game.
- The Contestant warrants to SPH that he/she is the NRIC holder of that submitted in this contest. SPH reserves the right to disqualify participants in the event of fraud. Winners will only be entitled to prizes upon producing their NRIC (which match that of submitted entry) for verification purposes.
- Referrals are strictly to friends with valid email addresses. SPH reserves the right to remove any contestant suspected of foul play during the entire duration of the game (such as the tampering with or hacking of the game system).
- The Contestant shall indemnify SPH, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, officers and directors (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") and shall hold the Indemnified Parties harmless against all liability and claims brought against them in connection with the use of the Data.
- SPH reserves the right to vary the contest prizes, terms and conditions at any time and any other aspects of the contest without giving prior notice. SPH's decision is final & discrepancies, if any, will not be entertained.
- By submitting, you've agreed to let SPH use your details for e-marketing purposes.
- Selection of final winners is based on a combination of scores & quality of write-ups. The judges' decision is final and discrepancies will not be entertained. SPH reserves the right to adjust its rules, mechanics, terms, conditions & prizes without prior notice.
- Winners will be notified through email or telephone.
